To this day, there is no cure for this disease, and it is still being researched.  As Stephanie has touched many lives at M.D. Anderson hospital, her renal oncologist, Dr. Nizar Tannir, initiated the creation of a foundation in her name and honor, to search for a cure for this rare disease. Stephanie was able to sign and approve the creation of the foundation before she passed away.  As her family, we hope that a cure will be found, so that this disease can be defeated.

 
This foundation is a tax-deductible, non-profit foundation.   All donations made to the foundation will be accepted and the donator will in return receive a donation receipt, which can be kept for your tax records.
